Citra®

Many craft and home-brewers like Citra for its intense citrus aroma and flavor, making it one of the most sought after hops. Lime and grapefruit aromas with gooseberry, passion fruit, and lychee notes. Currently it’s one of the top choices for late hop additions or dry hopping for when you want to create a great IPA or Pale Ale. It has a fairly high alpha acid content which makes it an excellent choice for bittering IPAs, Pales, and American Ales.
